SHIPPING & DELIVERY

After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. WE REQUIRE UP TO 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for processing  your order BEFORE it ships.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package all the way to your door.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS - Delivery is by USPS delivery time is between 5-10 business days.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Wildflower will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 5 days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original packaging and contents included (must be received by Wildflower Cases within 15 days). 

ALL WILDFLOWER CASES PURCHASED FROM OTHER WEBSITES OR RETAIL LOCATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN TO WILDFLOWER CASES. These purchases would need to be returned to where you originally purchased. 

Wildflower will issue an exchange or partial refund for all non damaged non-clearance items with notification within 5 days of when the items were received, provided the items are unopened, unused, with all original packaging and contents included, and free of defects (must be received by Wildflower within 15 days). ALL returns (not exchanges) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will not include original shipping cost. Items received after 30 days will only qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. PLEASE NOTE: All items sold on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

ORDERING

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

Please further note that Wildflower shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Wildflower shall issue a return to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Wildflower cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by the Wildflower customer service team in a timely manner. Wildflower reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time.

Wildflower will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. Wildflower reserves the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, Wildflower reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
